Moventum is regulated by the Luxembourg financial market authority (CSSF) and is a member of Luxembourg’s investor compensation system (Système d’indemnisation des investisseurs Luxembourg, SIIL).
Banque de Luxembourg acts as the custodian for the client deposits held by Moventum. It is a member of the Luxembourg deposit guarantee fund (Fonds de garantie des dépôts Luxembourg, FGDL) and belongs to a stable and strong group of companies with top international ratings.
Moventum Asset Management S.A.
Moventum Asset Management S.A. (Moventum AM) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Moventum S.C.A. The management company – where the asset management expertise of Moventum has been concentrated since 2019 – manages Moventum’s own funds of funds as well as individual mandates as part of its asset management portfolios.
Our Ownership structure
Moventum S.C.A. has been part of the ProService Finteco Capital Group since May 2021.
Fund service provider ProService Finteco, which is owned by private equity group Oaktree, is a leading financial services company which provides services and technological solutions to investment and pension funds, insurance companies and banks. The company offers both distribution processes for financial products and services as well as services for private and corporate clients.
